GENERAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS

  • KnowRoaming provides a service that allows you to purchase and activate an eSIM with data service plans based on eSIM technology ("Service"). These terms and conditions ("Terms and Conditions") govern your use of the Service.
  • Please read these Terms and Conditions of service carefully as they are a legally binding agreement between you and KnowRoaming. If you do not agree with all of the below Terms and Conditions, then you are expressly prohibited from using KnowRoaming's Services and you must discontinue use immediately.
  • By registering or utilizing KnowRoaming services, the user agrees that KnowRoaming shall not be liable for any charges incurred by roaming on the user's mobile service providers network.The user agrees that it is their responsibility to verify that they are on the KnowRoaming network while they are abroad.
  • To use the Service, you must first register for an account on the KnowRoaming website. When you register, you must provide your first and last name, email address, and a password.
  • When purchasing a package as a guest, your email address will be linked to your purchase, and should you choose to complete your registration, you will be able to check your data balance and top up your eSIM at your convenience.
  • You can purchase eSIM plans on the KnowRoaming website. KnowRoaming may restrict the availability of plans to certain countries. When you purchase a plan, you will be charged immediately. You will then need to download the eSIM onto your device and activate it. The downloaded eSIM will remain on your device after the plan has expired or your credit has been depleted.
  • The duration of your plan will depend on the plan you purchase. Once your plan has expired or your data has been depleted, the Service will terminate. Packages must be activated within 90 days from purchase. KnowRoaming may also terminate your Service if you violate these Terms and Conditions.
  • Please note that certain products offered through our platform may not be eligible for the use of discount codes or promotional offers. These exclusions will be clearly indicated at the time of purchase and during the checkout process. KnowRoaming reserves the right to modify the list of products or services excluded from discount codes at any time without prior notice.
  • The user agrees to take responsibility to ensure their device is unlocked and eSIM compatible before using KnowRoaming's services. To make use of the Services, the user must first download the eSIM, then activate the attached data plan for service to commence. Downloading and activating the eSIM requires a stable Internet connection.
  • KnowRoaming shall use all reasonable endeavors to provide a high-quality service. As a caveat, KnowRoaming does not guarantee that the service will not be interrupted, provided on time, be safe or fault-free.
  • In using the Services provided by KnowRoaming, the user may not engage in any action that is abusive, illegal, fraudulent or that causes damage or impairment to the Network. Should the user commit any of these breaches, KnowRoaming may suspend the user's access to Services without refund.
  • The user may buy eSIMs on the KnowRoaming website. Payment is processed through an authorized agent of KnowRoaming.
  • All eSIMs are prepaid and prices are inclusive of sales tax or value-added tax.
  • A refund process is valid under certain conditions. If the user has not scanned the QR code, used the data plan, or if there is a known technical problem originating and acknowledged by KnowRoaming eSIM, a refund could be granted.

  • These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware. You agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the State of Delaware for any disputes arising out of or relating to these Terms and Conditions.
  • The Service and all content and materials on the KnowRoaming website and mobile app are owned by KnowRoaming or its licensors. You may not use the Service or any of its content or materials without the express written permission of KnowRoaming.
  • KnowRoaming may change these Terms and Conditions at any time. You will be notified of any changes by email or by posting the changes on the KnowRoaming website or mobile app. If you continue to use the Service after the changes have been made, you will be deemed to have accepted the changes.
  • These Terms and Conditions constitute the entire agreement between you and KnowRoaming regarding the Service. These Terms and Conditions supersede all prior or contemporaneous communications, representations, or agreements, whether oral or written.
  • No waiver of any provision of these Terms and Conditions will be effective unless in writing and signed by both parties.
  • If any provision of these Terms and Conditions is held to be invalid or unenforceable, such provision will be struck from these Terms and Conditions and the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect.
  • All notices and communications regarding these Terms and Conditions must be in written form and sent via email to info@knowroaming.com to be considered duly delivered.

Visa Premier Offer - France Only

Enjoy a 1 GB global roaming eSIM data plan, offered thanks to Visa Premier (1) (3) (4) You can also enjoy a 25% discount on three additional purchases or data top-ups from the rates published on the KnowRoaming website (KnowRoaming.com) and app (2) (3) (4).

  1. Offer valid from April 1st, 2025, to April 1st, 2026, within the limit of the first 55,000 codes generated on MyVisa.fr and redeemed on the KnowRoaming website or app. Offer valid only for holders of a valid Visa Premier card, who signed up for a KnowRoaming account on KnowRoaming.com or via the KnowRoaming app (the "Cardholder(s)"). Cardholders must retrieve a code from MyVisa.fr and then creates an account on the KnowRoaming website or the KnowRoaming app, where they enter the promo code to claim their offer. The offer is subject to the specific conditions of the eSIM global roaming offer and the general terms of service of KnowRoaming, available on KnowRoaming.com, and its personal data processing policy. The 1 GB eSIM data plan is valid for 30 days (from the moment the Cardholder activates the offered eSIM data plan outside their home country) and can be redeemed once a year per Cardholder. If the Cardholder terminates the plan before the end of the 30-day offer period, they will lose access to the benefit.
  2. If the Cardholder consumes the initial data plan during their trip and requires more, they can return to their account to purchase additional data or top up the data with a 25% discount, limited to three times per year. The discounts are valid up to 3 times a year per Cardholder and are subject to payment with a valid Visa Premier card issued in France. The discount is calculated based on the rates indicated on the KnowRoaming website and app.
  3. Eligibility conditions: Your mobile device must be eSIM-enabled and not network-locked to access this offer.
  4. Coverage: Eligible countries/territories can be found in the coverage section on the package details, available on the website or app.

Visa Platinum and Visa Infinite Offer - France Only

Enjoy a 3 GB global roaming eSIM data plan, offered thanks to Visa Platinum and Visa Infinite (1) (3) (4) You can also enjoy a 25% discount on three additional purchases or data Top Ups from the rates published on the KnowRoaming website (KnowRoaming.com) and the KnowRoaming app (2) (3) (4).

  1. Offer valid from April 1st, 2025, to April 1st, 2026, within the limit of the first 10,000 codes generated on MyVisa.fr and redeemed on the KnowRoaming website or app. Offer valid for holders of a valid Visa Platinum or Visa Infinite card, who have signed up for a KnowRoaming account on KnowRoaming.com or via the KnowRoaming app (the "Cardholder(s)"). Cardholders must retrieve a code from MyVisa.fr and then creates an account on the KnowRoaming website or the KnowRoaming app, where they enter the promo code to claim the offer. The offer is subject to the specific conditions of the eSIM global roaming offer and the general terms of service of KnowRoaming, available on KnowRoaming.com, as well as its personal data processing policy. The 3 GB eSIM data plan is valid for 30 days (from the moment the Cardholder activates the offered eSIM data plan outside their home country) and can be redeemed once a year per Cardholder. Discount Vouchers

  1. Our customers are important to us, and we strive to offer the best deals and promotions. However, please note that discount vouchers provided by KnowRoaming are not applicable to products that are already discounted or on sale.
  2. To maintain a clear and simple shopping experience, we allow the use of only one discount voucher per transaction. This means that if you have multiple vouchers, please choose the one that provides you with the best discount for your current purchase. Each voucher can only be used in accordance with its specific terms and conditions.
