GENERAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS

- KnowRoaming provides a service that allows you to purchase and activate an eSIM with data service plans based on eSIM technology ("Service"). These terms and conditions ("Terms and Conditions") govern your use of the Service.
- Please read these Terms and Conditions of service carefully as they are a legally binding agreement between you and KnowRoaming. If you do not agree with all of the below Terms and Conditions, then you are expressly prohibited from using KnowRoaming’s Services and you must discontinue use immediately.
- By registering or utilizing KnowRoaming services, the user agrees that KnowRoaming shall not be liable for any charges incurred by roaming on the user’s mobile service providers network. The user agrees that it is their responsibility to verify that they are on the KnowRoaming network while they are abroad.
- To use the Service, you must first register for an account on the KnowRoaming website. When you register, you must provide your first and last name, email address, and a password.
- When purchasing a package as a guest, your email addressed will be linked to your purchase, and should you choose to complete your registration, you will be able to check your data balance and top up your eSIM at your convenience.
- You can purchase eSIM plans on the KnowRoaming website. KnowRoaming may restrict the availability of plans to certain countries. When you purchase a plan, you will be charged immediately. You will then need to download the eSIM onto your device and activate it. The downloaded eSIM will remain on your device after the plan has expired or your credit has been depleted.
- The duration of your plan will depend on the plan you purchase. Once your plan has expired or your data has been depleted, the Service will terminate. Packages must be activated within 60 days from purchase. KnowRoaming may also terminate your Service if you violate these Terms and Conditions.
- Our customers are important to us, and we strive to offer the best deals and promotions. However, please note that discount vouchers provided by KnowRoaming are not applicable to products that are already discounted or on sale.
- To maintain a clear and simple shopping experience, we allow the use of only one discount voucher per transaction. This means that if you have multiple vouchers, please choose the one that provides you with the best discount for your current purchase. Each voucher can only be used in accordance with its specific terms and conditions.
- The user agrees to take responsibility to ensure their device is unlocked and eSIM compatible before using KnowRoaming’s services. To make use of the Services, the user must first download the eSIM, then activate the attached data plan for service to commence. Downloading and activating the eSIM requires a stable Internet connection.
- KnowRoaming shall use all reasonable endeavors to provide a high-quality service. As a caveat, KnowRoaming does not guarantee that the service will not be interrupted, provided on time, be safe or fault-free.
- In using the Services provided by KnowRoaming, the user may not engage in any action that is abusive, illegal, fraudulent or that causes damage or impairment to the Network. Should the user commit any of these breaches, KnowRoaming may suspend the user's access to Services without refund.
- The user may buy eSIMs on the KnowRoaming website. Payment is processed through an authorized agent of KnowRoaming.
- All eSIMs are prepaid and prices are inclusive of sales tax or value-added tax.
- A refund process is valid under certain conditions. If the user has not scanned the QR code, used the data plan, or if there is a known technical problem originating and acknowledged by KnowRoaming eSIM, a refund could be granted.

- These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware. You agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the State of Delaware for any disputes arising out of or relating to these Terms and Conditions.
- The Service and all content and materials on the KnowRoaming website and mobile app are owned by KnowRoaming or its licensors. You may not use the Service or any of its content or materials without the express written permission of KnowRoaming.
- KnowRoaming may change these Terms and Conditions at any time. You will be notified of any changes by email or by posting the changes on the KnowRoaming website or mobile app. If you continue to use the Service after the changes have been made, you will be deemed to have accepted the changes.
- These Terms and Conditions constitute the entire agreement between you and KnowRoaming regarding the Service. These Terms and Conditions supersede all prior or contemporaneous communications, representations, or agreements, whether oral or written.
- No waiver of any provision of these Terms and Conditions will be effective unless in writing and signed by both parties.
- If any provision of these Terms and Conditions is held to be invalid or unenforceable, such provision will be struck from these Terms and Conditions and the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect.
- All notices and communications regarding these Terms and Conditions must be in written form and sent via email to info@knowroaming.com to be considered duly delivered.
- Access to Benefits: To access these benefits, eligible Visa cardholders ("Eligible Cardholders") must:
- Click on the Visa benefit banner located on the KnowRoaming homepage.
- Log in to an existing account or sign up and log in to a new account.
- Enter their Visa credit card number in the verification panel.
- Unlock your Visa rewards by following the instructions on the site.
- Verification: Upon entering the Visa credit card number, the system will verify the eligibility of the cardholder. Eligible Cardholders will then be shown the benefits they are eligible for. If a cardholder is not eligible, a notification will be provided.
- Device Requirements: Eligible Cardholders must have a mobile device that is eSIM enabled and not network locked to access the benefits.
- 25% Discount on All Purchases:
- Eligible Cardholders will receive a 25% discount on all purchases made on KnowRoaming.com.
- The discount will be automatically applied during the checkout process.
- The 25% discount may be utilized up to six times per cardholder per year.
- Complimentary 3GB Global Package:
- Eligible Cardholders will receive a free KnowRoaming 3GB global package, valid for roaming access in over 150 countries.
- The 3GB global package is activated upon the first data session registration outside the home country on a roaming network.
- The 3GB data is valid for a continuous period of 21 calendar days from the first data use.
- The first data use is defined as the first use of data using the benefit outside the home country on a roaming network.
- The 3GB data plan is not locked to a specific country or territory. Eligible Cardholders can activate their 3GB data plan from any of the 150+ covered countries or territories.
- Cardholders can top up their roaming data, if required, at the rates displayed on the site.
- Cardholders cannot use this benefit in their home country. The benefit is for outbound travel, outside your home country.
- List of countries included the Visa 3G global package are available once verified on the Coverage button on the Visa global package.
- These benefits are provided subject to availability and can be withdrawn or changed without notice.
- These Terms are subject to change at the sole discretion of KnowRoaming with or without notice. Continued use of the benefits following any changes indicates your acceptance of the changes.
- These benefits cannot be combined with any other promotion or discount unless expressly stated.
